How to Create a SIPEASY Account and Start Outbound Calling

30 Nov, 2025
Register with SIPEASY, prepare your SIP setup and choose between one-device pay-as-you-go access and paid PBX packages.

SIPEASY is focused on outgoing voice calls through CLI, nCLI and TDM routes. Registration and outbound route access are KYC-free. This guide follows the current registration form and explains the package choices to consider before making your first calls.

Open the registration page

Use sipeasy.net/register. The current form contains four required fields: First Name, Username, Email Address and Password.

  • First Name: complete the name field.
  • Username: use at least eight characters. The form permits Latin letters, numbers, dots, underscores and hyphens.
  • Email Address: enter an email address you can access.
  • Password: use at least eight characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters and at least one number. Choose a unique password.

Check your entries and select Register. Follow any instructions shown by the service. Keep your account password and SIP credentials private.

Choose your starting package

The basic No package option has a $0 monthly package fee and supports one SIP device. Calling is pay-as-you-go: top up your balance and use the applicable call tariff.

For team features, the confirmed paid packages are:

  • Minimum, $50/month: three SIP devices, 1 GB recording storage, SPY and Whisper.
  • Standard, $100/month: five SIP devices, 2 GB recording storage, SPY, Whisper and BLF.
  • Pro, $250/month: up to twenty SIP devices, 5 GB recording storage, SPY, Whisper, BLF and recording delivery by email or Telegram.

Try Standard for one month free. Sign in to your SIPEASY panel and activate the offer yourself using its dedicated button. Standard normally costs $100/month. Outgoing calls remain chargeable at the applicable tariff. See current packages and call rates.

Match the device allowance to the setup you intend to operate. Review the current package terms in your account before activation.

Prepare the outbound connection

Use the SIP connection details supplied for your account. Confirm the required server, authentication and device settings rather than copying another account's credentials. Keep a note of the device or PBX version you are configuring.

Choose representative destinations and discuss whether CLI, nCLI or TDM matches your requirements. If caller identification is part of your workflow, use an identity you are authorized to present and check how it appears during the test.

Make a controlled first test

  1. Check the applicable rate for the destination.
  2. Call a test recipient who expects the call.
  3. Verify that both sides can hear each other.
  4. Check the call record and charge.
  5. Keep the timestamp and call identifier if you need assistance.

Once the initial setup works, repeat the test with the destinations and calling periods your business actually uses. Share specific examples through the SIPEASY contact page when a result needs investigation.

When your project needs a DID

DID numbers are available by special order and require KYC. Discuss the order and verification requirements separately with support. Registration and outbound route access remain the KYC-free starting point for outgoing calling.
